LEDLIGHT FLEX 16 10
STANDARD RGBW IP 66-MFC*

  • combination of RGB LED and single LED enables homogeneous colour mix
  • straightforward regulation via com+ (we recommend our CHROMOFLEX series)
  • RGBW (RGB + white): generates pastel shades, pure white and warmer and cool white tones (comparable with Tunable White)
  • long LED lifetime due to current limiter with integrated temperature control, high amount of copper in FPC and 3M thermoconducting adhesive tape
  • estimated lifetime L70 at Tc < 65 °C: > 30,000 h

  • Input voltage: 24 VDC
  • Channels: 4
  • Min. bend radius: 20 mm

*The LEDlight flex IP 66-MFC (= Micro Film Coating) series has a silicone micro-coating to protect against dew. This means that applications in environments with increased humidity (e.g. bathrooms and protected outdoor areas) can also be equipped with Barthelme LEDlight flex lighting solutions. As the MFC strips have a wafer-thin coating, in contrast to the complete encapsulation of the AQUALUC series, the LED strip must always be additionally protected by a suitable housing. When used in directly weathered areas, our encapsulated product portfolio should be used. We recommend the use of approved Barthelme aluminium profiles as well as suitable covers and end caps. An IPx6 test in accordance with DIN EN 60598-1 was carried out to test the IP 66 MFC strips. The test specimen is exposed to a strong jet of water from all directions for 3 minutes. The LEDlight flex IP 66-MFC strips are not protected against temporary or permanent immersion. Moisture must not remain on the strips for a longer period of time. In order to achieve the dielectric strength according to DIN EN 60598-1, a suitable housing must also be used. Please note that the IP protective layer is damaged during cutting and soldering. To restore full protection, the cut and soldered areas must be resealed. A recommendation of protective lacquers approved by us can be found at www.barthelme.de. The use of LED strip connectors for connecting and joining LED strips without tools is not permitted with MFC strips.
