ETIM

For the impartial classification of electro technical products worldwide, we use ETIM, the Electro-Technical-Information-Model. With ETIM all participants in the electro industry use the identical product and catalogue data basis. As the design and description structure are identical, time-consuming data formatting and adaptions are no longer required. ETIM accelerates data sharing, makes information available regardless of the manufacturer, describes products irrespective of the media and language, and facilitates fast and user-friendly product searches.

Our article master database is provided in BMEcat (ETIM version 6.0 or 7.0).
