If you wish to make a claim about a product, you can contact our customer service department or your account manager directly in writing or by telephone.

After receiving your claim, you will receive a confirmation of receipt within 24 hours. Subsequently, you will be contacted by one of our servive employees and receive your personal service number. Under certain circumstances it is possible that the product your are questioning has to be returned to us for examination. Should this be necessary, we will ask you to do so.

In order to be able to process your request in a targeted manner, we need some information from you. Therefore, it is necessary that you send us the correct RMA form filled out accordingly for the product in question together with the complaint.
