Dear Customers and Partners,

in the lead-up to the COVID-19 virus crisis in Germany, Barthelme acted swiftly and proactively to ensure that we are able to continue to support your needs while at the same time introducing precautionary measures to protect the health of our employees. These processes have now been implemented.

We are fully committed to continue providing the excellent service, that you rely on from Barthelme. A large portion of our staff now supports you via Smart Working, so that your inquiries and orders are processed as usual. Our telephone service also remains active. There may however, be some delays and we appreciate your patience and understanding during these extraordinary times.

The processes in our production and warehouse have been adapted so that we can continue to deliver your orders within the usual time frames. However, we ask you to refrain from requesting express shipments. For these and for cross-border shipments, there may be possible delays in delivery due to the closed borders and the protective measures taken internationally.

Please let us know if you cannot or may not accept shipments of goods due to locally applicable protective measures (e.g. border or company closures).
