New LED profiles from Barthelme
Barthelme LED Solutions has expanded its range of LED profiles with the BARdolino R mini und GARliano flex. As with all aluminum profiles from Barthelme, the family members have an extensive range of accessories and are available in lengths of up to 5 m.
BARdolino R mini – the smallest profile in portfolio
The round LED profile with a small diameter of 13,9 mm was developed for specific applications in stores and supermarkets. It is especially suitable for installation in shelves or any place in which products or objects need to be placed in the foreground. Clear and satined covers are available with a 30° lens in addition to a standard opal cover. As a result, products can either be placed in center-stage with a directed light beam or accentuated with a homogeneous and glare free illumination.
The BARdolino R mini can be fixated with transparent plastic brackets and can be easily aligned or shifted by turning the profile in the bracket. LED strips with a maximum width of 8 mm can be inserted in the profile, for example the Barthelme LEDlight flex series.
GARliano flex – the flexible aluminum LED profile
The new aluminum LED profile GARliano flex with the dimensions of 18 x 6,7 mm is somewhat flatter than its bigger brother GARliano. Thus, the profile is highly flexible and can be bent with a radius of up to 250 mm. The surface finishing remains the same even when the profile is bent, due to the aluminum not being anodized. The GARliano flex is ideally suited for the installation of indirect lighting on curved furnishings, walls or coves. As opposed to similar flexible LED extrusions made of plastic, the GARliano flex possesses an efficient heat dissipation thanks to its metallic characteristics – thereby enabling a longer lifetime of the LED strips.
